There were shouts…then shots…then screams…then President Trump grabbed his ear and quickly moved down to the stage floor and the protection of the speaker’s stand. Quickly other shots were fired and the assassin’s attempt at murdering President Trump was done—for the shooter was done, in this world.
He was a college student where he heard often, maybe daily, that Donald Trump is the end of democracy in America. He had, no doubt, heard the suggestions from loose-tongued newscasters, talk show hosts, college professors, and politicians. Even Mr. Biden said something like, “There needs to be a bullseye on him”, referring to President Trump. (David Barton, Wallbuilders.show, 7/16/24)
An example of this is reported in an interview with The Washington Stand by a Miss Riley Lang, a 21 year old, recently graduated from a major university. She stated, “I am a first-hand witness of students like Thomas Matthew Crooks.” She noted that while the media, “has not put out information about the shooter’s motivation,” it seems probable this attack was “the result of a systemic problem…In my university classes, Trump is called a racist, [a woman-hater], an evil person almost daily. And as a young person in this environment, if you support Trump in any capacity, you identify as all these characteristics as well.” Notably, she said, “The shooter was only 20 years old, and for the past seven years has heard Trump being compared to the likes of Hitler.” For Miss Lang, this is likely “the result of a child spending his teen years in [a] divisive political environment, with Marxist professors and teachers and the media painting Trump as a villain. He [the shooter] is the result of being made into an activist.”
What Miss Lang went on to say was that the gunman was only ‘one year younger than” her. “I see his anger towards Trump all around those my age,” Lang lamented. “America really needs to ask the question of what we are doing to our youth with education through the media, and lack of faith.”
And I would add, by sending them to Marxist universities! We’ve been sounding this trumpet for 40 years. A few have listened, and their children have been spared the anti-God, anti-Bible, anti-America, hate speech in the university classroom—and they have gone on to become respectful, successful, “good-neighbor” Americans. I hope you will listen and look for education outside the university classroom, unless you are a Biblical thinker yourself, and thereby can help your young person choose one of the 10 or 12 actual GOOD universities in America!
The Bible tells us that we are not to bury our head in the sand and hope the evil will go away. It says,
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist steadfast in the faith…” (1 Peter 5:8-9)
The Bible says,
“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore…” (Ephesians 6:13-14)
Let us pray to God asking His protection on all political candidates in this election. Let us pray against satan, binding him (Matthew 16:19), refusing him any operation in the political campaigns, be they local, state, or national. As God’s people we are to pray for the advance of God’s Kingdom in all areas of life—including the governmental realm!
Guess what happens if we don’t? satan gets to advance his kingdom.
